Conclusion and performance of a sales contract
By placing an order you provide us with the data necessary to fulfil the order, i.e. first and last name, company name (if applicable), billing address, tax identification number (if applicable), email address and, optionally, a contact phone number. This data is processed to perform the contract concluded by placing the order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to issue an invoice or receipt (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and to include it in accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Your data may also be processed after the contract is performed for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you send us a message, you provide your email address and other data included in the content of the message. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact with us. Your data is processed for the purpose of contacting you (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, after the contact has ended, on the basis of our legitimate interest in archiving correspondence to demonstrate its course in the future (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Newsletter and early-access list
When subscribing to our newsletter or early-access list, you provide personal data such as your first name and email address. We use a double opt-in: after you sign up, we email you a confirmation link, and you are only added once you click it. Our mailing system may also store the IP number you used and track your actions related to the messages sent to you. As for information collected automatically by our mailing system, we rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting of analysing subscribers' behaviour to optimize mailing activities. IV. Recipients of personal data

Your data may also be transferred to postal operators, courier companies, law firms, accounting firms, and IT service providers and maintainers.
