Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Services Online
I. General provisions
This online store is operated by Rafał Bielak, conducting business under the name TARGET REACH Rafał Bielak, with a permanent place of business in Rzeszów (35-312) at ul. Władysława Grabskiego 36/6, NIP (Tax ID): 8133899682, REGON: 525647695.

These Terms and Conditions set out the general rules and conditions for using the Store as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.
Through the Store, the Seller enables the Buyer to conclude a sales contract for products available in the Store and to conclude a contract for the supply of digital content in the form of online courses and other electronic products. The Seller also provides services to the Buyer by electronic means.
By placing an order on the Service, you declare that you have read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept their provisions, and you also consent to the processing of personal data in the manner and for the purposes specified in these Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policy.
II. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- Terms and Conditions: this document, setting out the rules for the sale of services via the online service at www.thesilentstatus.com;
- Service: the website www.thesilentstatus.com containing an e-learning platform with the possibility to purchase the Service, provided by Rafał Bielak, ul. Władysława Grabskiego 36/6, Rzeszów (35-312), NIP: 8133899682;
- Service Provider / Seller: the entity providing access to the Service, i.e. Rafał Bielak, ul. Władysława Grabskiego 36/6, Rzeszów (35-312), NIP: 8133899682; contact: postal address as above, email support@thesilentstatus.com;
- Client / Buyer: a natural person with full legal capacity, a sole trader, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, using the Service;
- Consumer: a Client who is a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity;
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights: a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, where it follows from the content of the contract that it does not have a professional character for that person;
- E-course: materials in the form of video recordings, audio recordings, or PDF files placed on the Service, access to which may be made available to the Client for a fee or free of charge;
- Client Account: an individual electronic account activated for the Client in order to enable them to use the Service;
- Agreement: the Agreement for the provision of the Service;
- Fee / Price: a one-off monetary remuneration specified by the Service Provider for the Service provided to the Client;
- Consumer Rights Act: the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (as amended);
- GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation);
- Act on the Provision of Electronic Services: the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (as amended);
- Civil Code: the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (as amended).
III. Conditions of concluding the Agreement
To gain access to the Service, the Client registers a Client Account on the Service and/or completes a purchase. The Agreement between the parties is concluded at the moment the registration of the Client Account and/or the order is completed. The Service Provider confirms completion by email.
During registration, the Client is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data necessary for the provision of the Service.
By registering an account and/or purchasing, the Client who is a Consumer declares that, pursuant to Article 15(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, they request the commencement of the provision of the services covered by the order before the expiry of the time limit for withdrawal from the Agreement, and therefore acknowledges that in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal they will be obliged to pay remuneration for the services performed until the withdrawal.
IV. Prices and payments
The Client selects and pays for access to the Service in accordance with the Prices applicable on the Service. If the Client does not pay for access to the Service, access is blocked and the Agreement for the provision of the Service is terminated.
The prices posted on the Service are stated in the currency shown at checkout (US dollars, USD) and include any applicable taxes.
Electronic payments on the Service are handled via Stripe and PayPal.
V. Copyright
The content posted on the Service and received as part of the provision of the Service constitutes the property of the Service Provider and is protected. It is prohibited to use it commercially, resell, reproduce, or make it available to other persons without the author's consent.
VI. Right of withdrawal (statutory)
A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring costs. The time limit begins on the day the contract is concluded. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the Seller a declaration before its expiry.
If, in the course of purchasing the Product, the Consumer or the Entrepreneur with consumer rights consented to the performance of the contract and the supply of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period, they lose the statutory right to withdraw. This does not affect the separate contractual guarantee described in Section VI-A below.
Where the circumstances above do not apply, withdrawal is effected by informing the Service Provider of the decision by a declaration sent by post or by email to refunds@thesilentstatus.com. A model Withdrawal Form is provided as Appendix No. 1; using the form is not required for the withdrawal to be valid.
In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider shall reimburse all payments received, using the same means of payment as used by the Consumer, unless they expressly indicate another solution.
VI-A. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (voluntary)
60-day money-back guarantee
In addition to, and independently of, the statutory rights described above, the Seller offers a voluntary commercial guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund of the price paid within 60 days of purchase.
To use the guarantee, send one email to refunds@thesilentstatus.com stating that you would like your money back for The Silent Status System. No reason and no questions are required. The refund is issued to the original means of payment. This guarantee does not limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights.
VII. Conditions for the provision of services
Using the Service is possible provided the Client uses a device with Internet access and a modern web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) in its latest available version. The Client does not acquire any rights to the software located on the Service.
VIII. Rights and obligations of the Service Provider
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with access to the Service: an e-learning platform containing courses in the form of video recordings, audio recordings, or PDF files. The Client is not entitled to download or permanently reproduce the materials and software located on the Service, in full or in part.
The Service Provider reserves the right to deprive the Client of access to the Service in the event of a breach of the Client's obligations. The Service Provider enables the Client to use technical support, consisting of advice and explanations regarding the functioning of the Service, provided at support@thesilentstatus.com or via a contact form on the Service. The Service Provider reserves the right to make temporary interruptions in operation for maintenance, updates and repairs.
IX. Rights and obligations of the Client
Within the Service, it is prohibited for users to post content that is contrary to applicable law, customary, moral and social norms, or the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. In particular, it is prohibited to post materials that:
- contain vulgarisms;
- infringe copyrights;
- incite the breaking of the law;
- contain pornographic content;
- promote the use of drugs or illegal intoxicants;
- contain racist, anti-Semitic, nationalist, homophobic or aggression-inciting content;
- are messages commonly considered "spam";
- distribute or encourage the downloading of computer viruses or malicious software;
- are direct attacks on other users;
- contain personal data, including contact details or email addresses of third parties;
- serve political, religious, or other agitation;
- are copies of previously posted comments or entries;
- violate the personal rights of third parties.
It is forbidden to use the Service in a manner that hinders its use by other Clients or causes disruptions to its operation, to post materials of third parties under one's own name, to impersonate other persons, or to post advertising messages without the consent of the Service Provider.
X. Liability for defects
The Service Provider is obliged to deliver to the Buyer a product free from physical or legal defects. Complaints may be submitted using the form constituting Appendix No. 2, by email to support@thesilentstatus.com or in writing to the address of the Service Provider.
It is recommended that the Client provide: a clear designation of the Client, a description of the defect/error/fault together with the time of its occurrence, and the name and version of the web browser on which the problem occurs. Providing this information facilitates handling of the complaint but does not affect its effectiveness. The Service Provider shall inform the Client of the outcome within 14 days. Details concerning the Seller's warranty for defects are governed by the Civil Code.
XI. Personal Data Protection
The controller of the Clients' personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is the Service Provider, i.e. Rafał Bielak conducting business under the name TARGET REACH Rafał Bielak, ul. Władysława Grabskiego 36/6, Rzeszów (35-312), NIP: 8133899682, REGON: 525647695.
The Service Provider ensures the protection of personal data entrusted for processing. Processing takes place in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to perform the Service. Detailed information on personal data protection is governed by the Privacy Policy & Cookies Policy, also made available on the Service in the "Privacy Policy" tab.
XII. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended. Agreements concluded before an amendment are governed by the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of conclusion of the agreement. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and other acts applicable within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
